This project is part of a comprehensive development plan for the downtown campus of Concordia University. The GM is an 11-storey building housing offices for the administration of the university as well as tenants, classrooms and workshops, technical spaces and shops and a subway kiosk on the ground floor.
The scope of work consisted of replacing the precast concrete outer shell and the entrance canopies, the redevelopment of the entrance hall, the rental spaces and the offices, the replacement of the roofs and window washing systems, the upgrade of the elevators and the replacement and upgrade of the buildings heating and cooling systems.
