The new Cultural Centre in Notre-Dame-de-Grâce is intended to become a major public institution, a real building of the 21st century. Designed to integrate itself into its relatively modest but proud context, it offers an active and fertile breeding ground for community engagement and new learning. The aim was to create a truly sustainable project whose bold and innovative planning establishes new relationships between itself, the site and the landscape.

The main lobby of the building is the focal point that connects the library, the theater, the multi-use/event room and the café. Its dynamic envelope reflects the rich cultural life that will soon inhabit these new spaces.

Area : 4 700 m2
