General brick repair on a building built in the 1950's, including mortar repointing, complete cleaning of the facades, refurbishment of masonry items such as window sills made of St-Marc stone, caulking joints of the windows and refreshing and painting of metallic lintels. The work included complete refection of some parts of the masonry that show signs of deterioration.
A study of existing conditions and a report following that study have been previously carried out. Consultants in thermography, structure and exterior envelope were integrated in the team. Exploratory openings in the masonry wall have been conducted before proceeding with the report.
