The building is organized into three operational sectors: the lower portion includes offices, electronic equipment rooms and key spaces for the mechanical and electrical infrastructure; the column for the vertical displacement of people and telecommunication ducts and the upper portion that contains the 60m² control room as well as local support.

Controller workstations and the lighting of these areas were designed based on precise ergonomic criteria using computer models. Several concepts developed for this tower have been used as references for the design of other towers built in Canada.
